Go to a non-nudist beach taking a shovel or similar tool. Undress until naked in the provided changing rooms or restrooms and choose easy, medium or hard difficulty for your next step.

Easy: After you undressed at night dig a hole which fits your body until your armpits. [5 NIP-Points]

Medium: Go to a nudist beach instead during the day and dig a hole that fits your body until your armpits. [10 NIP-Points]

Hard: After you undressed during the day dig a hole which fits your body until your armpits. [15 NIP-Points]

Get inside the hole and burry yourself in it using the shovel and your hands and arms. Press the sand tight after filling up the hole with yourself inside it. Put away the shovel or any other tool and try digging yourself back out only using your own body.

Optional: You can choose another person to dig the hole and burry you.
