When you complete this #dare at night turn on all the lights and remove any window cover before starting.


Undress until naked and stand in front of a window of your choice in your home which can be looked into from the outside. Complete the following workout:

  • 25 jumping jacks

  • 10 push-ups

  • 10 sit-ups

  • 25 jumping jacks

  • 20 squats

  • 20 triceps dips

  • 25 jumping jacks

  • 10 leg raises

  • 10 bicycle crunches

  • 25 jumping jacks

Finish the workout to complete the #dare. [5 NIP-Points]
