Choose a day (sunrise - sunset) at which you can only wear a long coat (piece of clothing with long sleeves worn over other clothes outside) every time you leave your home. It is allowed to dress any type of footwear (clothing that covers the foot) in addition. During this day (sunrise - sunset) do not spend more than 5 hours at home and adhere 3 more of the following rules.

· Only use public (locations with regular human traffic) toilets. If you use a stall, undress your coat (piece of clothing with long sleeves worn over other clothes outside) and hang it over the door.

· Only use public transportation (bus, train, etc.) or walk.

· Only eat out in restaurants of your choice. You are not allowed to order food and eat at home.

· Do not use any buttons, zipper or similar to close your coat (piece of clothing with long sleeves worn over other clothes outside).

The dare is considered to be completed after sunset [20 NIP-Points].
